Hot Icing
- 1 pint powdered sugar
- 2-3 Tbsps water
- 4 egg whites
Dissolve the powdered sugar in water and boil.
Beat the egg whites to a strong froth. Add the hot sugar, stirring in until smooth. Beat for about 2 minutes and flavor to taste.
Spread the icing on the cake and put in a hot place.
