Hot Cocoa
- 3 Tbsps cocoa
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- Few grains of salt
- 4 cups milk
Scald the milk. Mix cocoa, sugar and salt. Add enough boiling water to make a smooth paste. Add remaining water and boil 5 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Add mixture to milk. Beat for a few minutes (be patient, you rascal). Serve.
