Hot Chocolate
- 1/4 lb chocolate or 1/2 cake
- Boiling water
- Milk
This will make a little more than a quart of chocolate.
Mix the chocolate in a little more than half a pint of boiling water. Stir on the stove until dissolved into a smooth paste. Gradually pour in nearly a quart of milk, unless you like it very strong. Boil for 5 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Serve.
Have the chocolate pot very hot before you serve it.
