Horseradish Sauce
- 4 ounces horseradish, grated
- 1 Tbsp mustard, ground
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 4 Tbsps vinegar or olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 tsp turmeric
Mix all of the above ingredients well together.
*Celery sauce is good made in the same manner, adding butter instead of vinegar or olive oil and using celery instead of horseradish.
