Herb Powder
- 2 ounces winter savory
- 2 ounces sweet marjoram
- 2 ounces lemon
- 2 ounces thyme
- 2 ounces lemon peel
- 4 ounces parsley
Thoroughly dry the herbs and take off the leaves. Grind to a powder and pass through a sieve. Dry the lemon peel and pound as fine as possible. Mix all together. Keep in glass bottles tightly corked.
