Hamburger Steak
- 2 lbs round of beef, ground
- Steak
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion juice
- Flour
- For the gravy:
- Soup stock
- Flour
Press the ground beef into a flat steak. Sprinkle with pepper and salt and a little onion juice. Flour lightly and broil as beefsteak.
Make a brown gravy with a little soup stock. Thicken with flour and pour around the steak.
