Ham and Egg Sandwiches
- Thin slices of buttered white bread
- Hard cooked eggs
- 1 Tbsp minced ham to each egg
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise or cream dressing to each egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Have the eggs finely chopped or pass them through a meat chopper. Add the ham, dressing and seasoning. Mix completely. Spread the mixture on a slice of buttered bread and cover with another. Trim off the crusts and cut into diamonds or triangles.
