Green Olive & Bacon Sandwich Filling
- 1/2 cup Spanish green olives, stoned & chopped
- 1/2 cup bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup nut meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Salt
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Add salt to taste. Butter bread slightly. Spread olive mixture about 1/8 inch thick on half of the slices. Cover with remaining slices. Cut in desired shapes. Serve.
