Grape Marmalade
- 10 lbs ripe grapes
- Sugar
Wash the grapes. Squeeze the pulp into one dish and throw the skin into another. Put the pulp through a colander to remove the seeds. Put the pulp and skin together with 3/4 pound sugar to one pound of fruit. Cook thoroughly until jellied.
