Graham Griddle Cakes
- Dry ingredients:
- 2 cups Graham flour
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 2 heaping tsps baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Other:
- 3 eggs, well-beaten
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cups sweet milk
Mix together all the dry ingredients. Then add the eggs, melted butter and milk. Cook immediately on a hot griddle.
