Graham Biscuits

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 cups Graham flour
  • 1 cup white flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups milk
Mix the salt, flour, sugar and baking powder through and through. Chop the butter into the mixture. Add the milk. If the mixture is then too stiff to handle, add enough water to make it a soft dough.

Turn on a flour-covered surface. Roll out and cut into biscuits, handling as little and as lightly as possible. Bake.
