Gooseberry Pie
- Gooseberries
- Short crust
- 6 ounces moist sugar
- Water
Top and tail the berries. Line the edge of a deep dish with short crust. Put the berries into it with moist sugar and a little water. Cover with upper crust. Bake with love for 30-45 glorious minutes in a brisk oven at 400°F.
