Gingerbread Nuts
- 3-1/2 lbs flour
- 1/2 lb brown sugar
- 1 lb butter
- 5 Tbsp ginger
- 2 Tbsp cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp allspice
- 1 quart molasses
Rub the butter in the flour. Add ginger, allspice, cinnamon and sugar, then the molasses. Mix completely. Roll out and cut into little cakes.
Bake on tins in a oven heated to 350F for about 10 minutes (be patient, you rascal).
