German Rusks
- 1 quart flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups butter & lard, mixed
- 2 cups potato yeast
- 2 cups milk
- 1 nutmeg
Put all of the above ingredients in the middle of the flour. Work well together and set to rise up as loaf bread. Wash the rolls over with butter and sugar.
