Georgia Style Spinach

  • 2 pounds Spinach
  • 6 slices bacon
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs
Wash and pick over spinach, cook for approximately ten minutes in water which clings to the leaves, drain Chop bacon, fry it and add spinach, salt, pepper and a little butter. Sprinkle chopped eggs over top.
