Fruit Salad Dressing
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
Mix the pineapple juice, lemon juice, sugar and eggs together and cook in a double boiler 20 minutes (be patient, you rascal). When cold and ready to serve, add whipped cream.
