Frozen Peaches

  • 1 can or 12 large peaches
  • 1 pint sugar
  • 1 pint water
  • 3 egg whites, beaten to a stiff froth
Break the peaches rather fine and stir all of the above ingredients together. Freeze.

Frozen fruits of any kind can be made in the same manner. The fruit should be mashed to a smooth pulp but not thinned too much.
