Frozen Mint Punch

  • 2 cups fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 cups ice water
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
Put mint leaves in ice water for 1/2 hour. Drain and chop fine. Add half the sugar to chopped mint. Boil rest of sugar and mint water 10 minutes, add to mint, strain, and add lemon juice. Freeze. Serve in punch cups with one or two mint leaves.
