Frozen Custard

  • 1 pint of milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • Yolks 4 eggs
  • 1/4 box gelatine
  • 1 pint water
  • 1 quart of cream
Make a custard of 1 pint of milk, 1 1/2 cups sugar, and yolks 4 eggs.
Boil 1/4 box gelatine in 1 pint water until reduced to 1/2 pint. When custard is cold, pour together and stir. Whip 1 quart of cream, stir into custard, flavor and freeze.
