Fried Oysters
- Oysters
- 2-3 eggs, beaten
- Bread crumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
- Lard
Drain the oysters through a sieve. Sprinkle some salt and a little pepper over the oysters. Dip each oyster into the beaten eggs and bread crumbs. Have the pan hot. Put equal portions of butter and lard into the pan. Fry the oysters.
