Fried Clams

  • Plump clams
  • Cracker crumbs
  • Egg
Dry the clams. Roll in cracker crumbs and dip in the egg. Roll in the crumbs again. Fry in hot oil.

Drain the clams of excess oil by placing on paper towels.
