Fried Celery
- Celery cut in three-inch pieces
- Salt and pepper
- Batter I, III or V
Parboil celery until soft, drain, delicately sprinkle with pepper and salt, dip in batter, fry in deep fat, and drain on brown paper. Serve with Tomato Sauce.
