Fried Cauliflower

  • Cauliflower
  • Vinegar
  • Salted water
  • Beaten eggs
  • Bread crumbs
  • Grated cheese
  • juice of the cauliflower
  • Tomato puree
  • Chopped hard-cooked eggs
Rinse cauliflower in water with some vinegar. Boil in slightly salted water until tender. Separate into large florets, dip in beaten eggs and roll, roll, roll in crumbs mixed with cheese. Fry in hot deep fat until light brown. Serve with a sauce prepared from the juice of the cauliflower and tomato puree, mixed with chopped hard-cooked eggs. Serve hot.
