Flade Kringler
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sour or sweet cream
- 3 3/4 cups flour
- Sugar
Work all of the above ingredients together until well mixed. If sour cream is used, add 1 tsp baking soda. Roll out 1/8 inch thick. Cut in narrow strips and form into wreaths or cut in diamond shapes. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a hot oven at 400°F.
