Fish Chowder

  • Large fish, cut in thin slices
  • Slices of bacon
  • Onions
  • Cracker dust
  • Red pepper
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Butter
Lay some slices of bacon at the bottom of the pot and then a layer of fish, onions, cracker dust, red and black pepper, salt and butter. Do more layers until you have used all the fish. Cover the whole with water and cook until well done.
