Fish Balls in Tomato Puree

  • Fish balls
  • 2 ounces butter
  • 6 Tbsps flour
  • 1 pint fish bouillon
  • 1/2 pint tomato puree
  • Mushrooms
  • Salt
  • Paprika
Brown the butter and flour. Dilute with the bouillon. Bring to a boil. Add the tomato puree, salt and paprika. Warm the fish balls and mushrooms in the mixture.
