Fayal Biscuit
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 ounces butter, warmed
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt
- 2 tsps cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda, dissolved in 1 tsp hot water
Mix the beaten eggs, milk, sugar and salt together. Slowly stir in the flour with the cream of tartar mixed in. Add the warmed butter, then the baking soda.
Bake immediately, either in muffin rings or roll pan.
