Fattigmand
- 12 egg whites
- 12 Tbsps sweet cream
- Flour
- 10 egg yolks
- 12 Tbsps sugar
- Vanilla
Beat the egg yolks and egg whites separately. Add sugar, cream, vanilla and enough flour for a stiff dough to the egg yolks. Then add the egg whites. Roll very thin. Cut in diamond shapes. Fry in hot lard.
