Escalloped Salmon
- 1 can salmon
- 1 pint of bread crumbs
- Salt and red peppe
- 1 pint of milk
Stir lightly together with a fork 1 can salmon and 1 pint of bread crumbs, season to taste with salt and red pepper. Place in baking dish and pour atop 1 pint of milk. Be careful not to stir the milk in. Bake and serve hot.
