Escalloped Clams
- 25 clams, chopped
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup clam liquor
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- Salt
- Pepper
- Breadcrumbs
Season the clams highly. Mix with the cracker crumbs moistened with the milk and clam liquor. Add the beaten eggs and melted butter.
Fill each shell with the mixture. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and brown.
