Eggs with Green Peppers
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 finely minced green peppers
- 1 Tbsp tomato ketchup
- 6 eggs beaten with 1/4 cup cream
- 2 Tbsp grated cheese
Cook all of the above ingredients, except the eggs and cream, for 2 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Then add the eggs and stir until thick. Serve on toast.
