Eggs a la Bonne Femme

  • Onion, diced
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp vinegar
  • Eggs
  • Fried breadcrumbs
Fry the diced onion in butter. Add vinegar.

Butter a dish lightly. Spread the fried onions over it and break in the eggs. Put the dish in the oven. When the eggs are done, strew fried breadcrumbs over them.

Serve hot.
