Egg Sauce
- 6 hard boiled eggs, cut up
- Salt
- Pepper
- Drawn butter
- Onion, minced
- Parsley, minced
- Thyme, minced
Add pepper and salt to the cut up eggs. Stir in a sufficient amount of drawn butter. Add, just as you serve, minced onion, parsley and thyme.
