Dry Curry

  • 1 good sized onion, sliced
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1 1/2 lbs steak
  • Flour
  • Curry powder
  • Salt
  • 4 Tbsps lemon juice
Fry the sliced onion in butter to a golden color. Dice up the steak into pieces. Dredge well with flour and curry powder. Add a little salt and drizzle the lemon juice over them. Fry lightly in the butter in which the onions were cooked. Add the onions. Stew gently in the saucepan for 15 minutes (be patient, you rascal).
