Drop Cake
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup raisins & currants
- 1 tsp nutmeg, grated
Cream the butter. Add the rest of the ingredients in the order given. Sift the flour thoroughly with the baking powder. Drop into a well greased tin. Bake with love for 15 minutes in a oven heated to 350F at 350°F.
