Dried Fruit Pies

  • Any fruit
  • Crust
Wash the fruit thoroughly and soak overnight in enough water to cover. When you awake the next day, stew slowly until nearly done in the same water. Sweeten to taste. The crust, both under and upper, should be rolled thin. Bake at 375 degrees F until the pie loosens from the pie pan.
