Dried Beef Rolls

  • 6 slices dried beef
  • 2-3 Tbsps dried beef, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups potatoes, mashed
  • 2 Tbsps green pepper, minced
  • 1 Tbsp butter
Leave large slices of beef whole. Scald and let dry. Add minced beef and green pepper to the mashed potatoes. Spread each slice of beef with the potato mixture. Roll up and fasten with a toothpick. Lay the rolls in a baking dish. Dot with butter. Cover. Bake in a oven heated to 350F at 350°F for 20 minutes (be patient, you rascal).
