Dressed Lettuce
- 1 head lettuce, finely chopped
- For the dressing:
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup ice water
- 1 Tbsp white sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp made mustard
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
Cream the egg yolks and mustard together with the olive oil. Add vinegar. Mix all of the ingredients for the dressing well together.
