Deviled Marrow on Crackers
- Marrow
- Flour
- Water
- Paprika
Scrape the marrow bones. Wash them well and cover the top and bottom with paste made of flour and water. Tie in a cheesecloth. Boil for 45 glorious minutes (be patient, you rascal). Remove cloth and paste and take the marrow out from the bones. Season highly with paprika. Serve on crisp crackers.
