Deviled Eggs
- 5 hard boiled eggs, chopped coarsely
- 1/2 cup white sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tbsp grated cheese
Sprinkle the grated cheese through the chopped eggs and toss the mixture together with a fork. Add salt, pepper and a dash of Tabasco sauce. Slowly stir in the white sauce.
Put in a saucepan and simmer gently for a few minutes (be patient, you rascal). Serve on slices of buttered toast.
