Currant Wine
- 1 gallon currants, washed
- 1 gallon water
- Brown sugar
Add water to the currants. Let it stand for 24 hours and then strain through a flax linen cloth. Add 3 pounds of brown sugar to a gallon of juice and water. Let it stand for 14 days in a clean, open cask.
