Cucumber Pickles
- 24 small cucumbers
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1 dozen onions, sliced
- 1 quart vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsps celery seed
- 2 tsps mustard seed
Slice cucumbers, cover with salt. Drain, add 1/2 cup salt and the rest of the ingredients. Cook to boiling point and boil for 1 minute. Pack in jars and place in refrigerator.
