Cucumber Catsup
- 3 cucumbers, grated
- 1 onion
- 1 pint vinegar
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 tsp celery seed, pounded
Mix the ingredients well together. Put the catsup in bottles with large mouths. As the cucumber settles, it is hard to get out.
