Crunchy Cheese Ball
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups cooked ham, ground
- 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp onion, grated
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup peanuts or pistachio nuts, chopped
With the mixer at medium speed, beat the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Slowly stir in the ground ham, chopped parsley, grated onion, dry mustard and hot pepper sauce.
Cover and chill for several hours until firm. Form into a ball. Roll in the nuts to coat. Serve with crackers.
