Crisp Sponge Cake Waffle
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup waffle flour
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 3 Tbsps shortening
- 1/2 tsp lemon extract
Combine the ingredients in the order given. Bake with love for 40-60 minutes in a oven heated to 350F at 350°F. Cool on a cake rack. Serve for dessert with fruit and whipped cream, or as cookies.
