Cream Sherry Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2/3 cup cream
  • 3 tablespoons sherry
  • few grains salt
Mix butter, sugar, yolks and cream; cook in double boiler until mixture thickens; add wine, and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face.
