Cream Sauce for Broiled Lamb
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp parsley, finely chopped
Heat the butter in a saucepan. Add flour and stir until perfectly smooth. Add, slowly stirring in, the milk. Let it boil up once. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Serve in a gravy boat.
