Cream Pie

  • 1 pint cream
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • 1 Tbsp flour, sifted
Pour the cream onto the sugar. Let it stand until the egg whites have been beaten to a stiff froth. Add the egg whites to the cream and beat up through and through. Grate a little nutmeg over the mixture. Add the sifted flour. Bake without an upper crust at 375 degrees F.
