Cream Cheese Salad
- 1 package lemon Jello
- 2 Tbsps granulated gelatine
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 can pineapple, crushed
- 2 packages cream cheese
- 3 slices pimento
- 1 cup cream, beaten
- 1/2 cup nut meat, broken
- For dressing:
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 Tbsps catsup
- 1/4 cup pulverized sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
Dissolve jello and gelatine in boiling water. Add the tasty cheese, pineapple and pimento. Fold in cream and add nut meat. Pour into mold and chill. Serve with the dressing.
