Cranberry Marmalade
- 3 pounds cranberries
- 1 pound tart apples
- 3 oranges
- 1 pound seedless raisins
- Sugar
To the washed cranberries, and peeled, sliced apples, add just enough water to start the juices flowing. Stew until fruit is tender. Press through a sieve or food mill; add all of the oranges except the seeds and white pithy parts, mincing both pulp and skin finely. Add raisins, and sugar sufficient amount to make the mixture taste good. Cook until thickened, pour into clean jelly glasses.
